KETTLEBELL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS
These classes are high intensity. Movements will be based upon developing full body power and anaerobic conditioning with an emphasis upon the body's core musculature-including the abs, back, and hips.
Classes use kettlebells, a traditional Russian weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle, to perform a variety of movements that will dramatically improve your fitness level- lose weight, get in shape, gain strength, and more! The exercises are both highly functional and fun to perform.
The class is ideal for serious trainees and cross training athletes of all sports!
